Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is the art of helping a person with his or her relationship with God. Spiritual direction proposes to help people relate personally to God, to let God relate personally to them, and to enable them to live within that relationship. The focus of spiritual direction is always the relationship between the person and God. Spiritual direction is confidential, compassionate, non-judgmental, and non-dogmatic. It proceeds at the pace the person finds comfortable.

I provide a sliding scale for those with financial need.
Insurance
Depending on your health insurance provider and plan, all or part of your services may be covered.
Payment
I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be changed for the full rate of the session.
